You agree to use the service lawfully, refrain from abuse or misuse, and provide accurate checkout information.

4. User Responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws and these terms.
• Do not redistribute purchased Creator Content without permission.
• Keep payment and contact details accurate for delivery and support.

5. Intellectual Property

Creator Content remains the property of its respective creator. TopSet branding, software, and platform assets remain TopSet intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

Seller of Record

TopSet is the seller of record for all platform transactions. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and TopSet does not store full payment card data on its own servers.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's applicable terms and fraud controls.

7. Digital Product Delivery

Purchased digital products are delivered electronically after successful checkout confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopSet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or creator materials.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be submitted to support for informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be handled under applicable governing law.
