Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All digital product sales are final. Because products are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds are considered only in these three scenarios:

  1. Duplicate purchase: same buyer, same product, same day.
  2. Delivery failure: download access remains broken after troubleshooting with support.
  3. Fraud: unauthorized purchase on a buyer's payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact support with order details, purchase email, and a brief explanation of your request.

4. Processing Timeframe

Eligible requests are reviewed promptly. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
